Golden Age

After 33 years of operation, the Golden Age Ministry still provides much interaction and support for persons who are retired. Under the leadership of Ms. Marguerite Cole, they meet each Friday morning and participate in a number of enrichment activities adding flavour to their lives.
Some activities include:

• Spiritual - bible study and quizzes praise and worship;
• Physical Exercises - music and dancing; Intellectual stimulation as they participate in discussions, cross word puzzles, word searches and memorisation.
• Cultural and Creative activities - Art, Craft, historical looking back games and tours to places of interest;
• Emotional Bonding in prayer , celebrations and social interactions, sharing meals and having fun.

These sessions provide an enjoyable time for these Seniors.
