Morning Prayer

One of these General Sentences, or a Seasonal Sentence shall be said:

Let all the earth acclaim God. Sing to the glory of His name, make His praise glorious. Psalm 66:1, 2

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is yours; yours is the Kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. I Chronicles 29:11

Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created. Revelation 4:11

The Lord is in His Holy Temple; let all the earth keep silence before Him. Habakkuk 2:20

Let me hear of your loving kindness in the morning for I put my trust in you: Show me the road that I must walk for I lift up my soul to you. Psalm 143:8

Through Jesus let us continually offer up to God the sacrifice of praise, that is the tribute of lips which acknowledge His name. Hebrews 13:15

To God, the only God, who saves us through Jesus Christ our Lord, be the glory, majesty, authority and power, which he had before time began, now and forever. Jude 25

The hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth, for such the Father seeks to worship Him. John 4:23

Advent
The glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together. Isaiah 40:5

Christmas
But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid; for see - I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people; to you is bon this day in the City of David a Saviour, who is The Messiah, The Lord. Luke 2:10-11

Epiphany
For from the rising of the sun to its setting My name is great among nations, and in every place incense is offered to My name, and a pure offering; for My name is great among the nations, says the Lord of Hosts. Malachi 1:11

Lent
The Sacrifice of God is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart O God, you will not despise. Psalm 51:18

or

If anyone would come after Me; he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me. Mark 8:34

Passiontide
In this is love, not that we loved God but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. I John 4:10

Eastertide
Christ, our Passover, has been sacrificed for us. Therefore, let us keep the feast. Alleluia! I Corinthians 5.7

Ascension
Since we have a great high priest who has passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us with confidence draw near to the throne of grace. Hebrews 4:14-1 6

Pentecost
I will put My spirit within you, and make you follow My statutes and be careful to observe My ordinances. Ezekiel 36:2 7

But the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. John 14:26

Trinity
Christ came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near; for through Him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. Ephesians 2.17, 18

Major Saints Days

We give thanks to the Father who has made us worthy to share in the inheritance of the Saints in light. Colossians 1:12

National
Let the nations rejoice and sing; for God judges the people with righteousness and governs the nations upon earth. Psalm 67:4

Dedication Festival
Behold the dwelling of God is with mankind. He will dwell with them and they shall be His people and God Himself will be with them and be their God. Revelation 21:3.
